BASECAMP - 2800 Sqft vacant house with utilities and Kitchen

*Bathroom use not included for crews over 15 (VIP can use bathroom) We can rent an Andy Gump restroom and handle logistics for you, if needed.
Includes:
- 2800 sqft house and 3/4 acre yard to use as needed.
- House has water/power/Heat/AC/ Full Kitchen
- 20 chairs and 6 tables are provided for your use.
Basecamp house - to be used for onscreen production - with no additional property use.

NOTE: We can provide (2) site reps who are intimate with all areas of the property (and possibly ( 2 ) 4x4 trucks for transport into the hills.) This option has been utilized during COVID for additional space and safety precautions.
